Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle all aspects of the procurement process;
  • Gather and analyze purchasing requirements on hardware, software license and services from internal users;
  • Assist Procurement Manager to liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time etc;
  • Assist to follow up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost management;
  • Assist to manage and evaluate performance of vendors;
  • Prepare executive reports;
  • Prepare statistical data using ms excel formula and macros.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Logistics, Business or other related discipline;
  • 1 year of working experience is preferred;
  • Strong in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure;
  • Good writing skills (both Chinese & English);
  • Good knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;
  • Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;
  • Working experience in IT related firms would be an advantage.
  • Working experience in financial management would be an advantage.
