Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in gathering and analyzing user requirements, and deliver innovative, best-practice solutions that drive business success.

  • Bridge communication between users and technical teams to ensure every business need is clearly defined and flawlessly implemented.

  • Transform business requirements into precise technical specifications that developers can act on with confidence.

  • Support system integration testing and UAT, ensuring smooth transitions and top-quality deliverables.

  • Develop engaging training materials and confidently conduct end-user training sessions to ensure seamless adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking sector.

  • Proven track record in leading requirement-gathering meetings, collaborating on solutions, and resolving challenges effectively.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
