Network Engineer / System Engineer / IT Officer (25K-45K)

Responsibilities：

Design, setup and manage the IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, database and security systems.
Setup and maintain communication/network policy, standard, security and procedure.
Coordinate with both internal and external parties including vendors and contractors.
Perform system capacity monitoring and performance tuning.
Support system maintenance and system drill test.
Manage and co-ordinate with third party vendors of all bug-fix and maintenance activities.
Manage Hardware infrastructure as a whole.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate project tasks, keeping everything on track and within scope.
Lead a team in delivering successful network projects, ensuring every project is completed with precision and excellence.
Support network operations post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of any issues that arise.

Job Description:

Manage IT Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
Respond to user call via phone, email and ticket system
Resolve user queries and feedback quickly and effectively
Document cases in the Ticket Logging System
Should adhered to company polices, corresponding guidelines and service level standard

Requirements：

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years infrastructure supporting and management.
Hand-on operation on Network and firewall setup.
Experienced in infrastructure project, such as server upgrade, installation, migration.
Experience in Windows Server or above, Windows AD and vSphere administration is an advantage.
Experience in Linux.
Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.

Degree in a relevant field, ensuring a solid foundation for your technical expertise.
Extensive experience in network infrastructure—you’ve worked with a range of networking technologies and solutions.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a plus—your credentials make you an even stronger asset.
A strong understanding of networking concepts and how they apply to real-world situations—you're a network pro!
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both local and international teams.

Requirements:

Degree (Fresh graduates will also be considered) in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines
Completion of ITIL Foundation is an advantage
Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, diligent and responsible, with positive attitude under pressure
Familiar with various MS Office applications
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin is a privilege
