Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technology risk management frameworks, polices, and procedures. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and control reviews across IT infrastructure, applications on routine and ad-hoc projects. 
  • Promote awareness of technology risk and foster a strong risk culture across the organization. 
  • Prepare risk and compliance reports and dashboards for senior management and governance committee. 
  • Co-ordinate the regulatory examination and internal/external audit and monitor the status of the rectification. 
  • Support post IT incident review, follow up on remediation and process enhancement. 
  • Ensure IT incident handling and reporting process compliant to meet senior management and regulatory expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, risk management or related discipline.
  • IT experience professional in banking sector is preferred. Eligible fresh graduate will be considered 
  • Good understanding of IT controls, technology risk management frameworks, and regulatory expectations in banking sector. Relevant regulatory knowledge in Mainland China and Southeast Asia is an advantage. 
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin is an advantage.
