• Assist on processing/ checking the account opening documentation

• Handle phone/ internet banking creation and maintenance

• Handle customer information update and customer profile creation

• Ensure the instructions coming from business unit are timely and properly updated into relevant systems

• Take up ad-hoc task as assigned

IT Project Management Officer 

• Assist the project manager of production operation division in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.

• Support the project manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, risk assessments, and issue tracking.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements.

• Monitor project progress and report key milestones, issues, and risks.

• Support the project manager in managing and organizing project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and related documents.

• Provide assistance in resolving project execution issues and conflicts.
