Responsibilities:

  • Account Servicing: Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for solution expansion.

  • Product Presentation: Conduct engaging demonstrations or presentations for schools and public institutions.

  • Tender Management: Track open IT tenders, prepare business proposals and carry them through to timely submissions with post‑bid follow‑up.

  • Service Delivery: Manage delivery schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues to guarantee smooth client experience.

  • Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with schools and industry partners by organizing and joining education technology events, workshops, and conferences to showcase the Company's IT solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holders in Business, Sciences, IT, or related disciplines;

  • Over 1 year of client‑facing experience in sales, customer service, or account servicing, ideally within IT, telecom, or related technology industries, but other business fields are welcome.

  • Passion for STEAM and AI‑enabled IT solutions, coupled with a growth mindset; credentials like Google Certified Educator are a plus.

  • Good communication skills with confidence in delivering product presentations to decision‑makers and management audiences.

  • Good organizational skills to coordinate service delivery, manage project schedules, and resolve client issues.
