Responsibilities:

Account Servicing: Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for solution expansion.

Product Presentation: Conduct engaging demonstrations or presentations for schools and public institutions.

Tender Management: Track open IT tenders, prepare business proposals and carry them through to timely submissions with post‑bid follow‑up.

Service Delivery: Manage delivery schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues to guarantee smooth client experience.

Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with schools and industry partners by organizing and joining education technology events, workshops, and conferences to showcase the Company's IT solutions.
Requirements:

Degree or diploma holders in Business, Sciences, IT, or related disciplines;

Over 1 year of client‑facing experience in sales, customer service, or account servicing, ideally within IT, telecom, or related technology industries, but other business fields are welcome.

Passion for STEAM and AI‑enabled IT solutions, coupled with a growth mindset; credentials like Google Certified Educator are a plus.

Good communication skills with confidence in delivering product presentations to decision‑makers and management audiences.

Good organizational skills to coordinate service delivery, manage project schedules, and resolve client issues.
