Project Manager (IT) 

You will be responsible for:

  •         As a team lead of Project Management Office (PMO) reporting to Chief Technology Officer to keep track for various Online-to-Offline functionalities status
  •         With strong business acumen in F&B and/or FMCG industries; maintain relationship with business partners; handle and follow up on project items
  •         Provide fully spectrum support to business unit leaders on project related issues, reviewing functional specification in regional scales
  •         Have solid knowledge and experiences on digital transformation to drive the movement from conceptual ideas to marketable products
  •         Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise project stakeholders and project teams to achieve project goals
  •         Have a strong sense of ownership, can motivate the teams continuously to tackle any issues in complex working environments with building up sophisticated products
  •         Work with multi-layer development teams and product specialists on driving fast-pace development


Senior Project Executive, Payment Services (IT) (Fresh Graduate welcome)

You will be responsible for:

  •         Member of the Project Management Office (PMO) reporting to the Chief Technology Officer to keep track for various Online-to-Offline (O2O) functionalities status and payment related projects
  •         Assist CTO to manage and lead payment development team in online and offline payment strategies around Asia countries of presence
  •         With strong business acumen in F&B and/or FMCG industries; maintain relationship with business partners; handle and follow up on project items
  •         Provide full spectrum support to Business Heads on project development related issues, including functional specification review with multiple development teams heads
  •         Communicate and generalize requirements into functional specification with internal departments in various regions and countries
  •         Handle multiple payment gateways, online & offline credit card and wallet payments in Asia major regions and countries

IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers.

  • Understand SDLC and/or Product life cycle

  • Collect and Document user requirements

  • Analyze user requirements and propose solutions to business on system operation workflow

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Test

  • Manage and Coordinate IT project implementation 



Project Manager (IT)
Requirements

  •         Degree holder of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related discipline
  •         Knowledge and experience on new media technology market, familiar with internet O2O market, responsive web, mobile usage and social trends; Experience in F&B industry is a plus
  •         8+ years of IT project experiences, including 1+ year(s) as a project management. Project management experience in Agile, Scrum or Lean is an advantage
  •         Sensitive to figures, result-oriented, self-motivated and capable of solving problem
  •         Good presentation, interpersonal/multi-cultural, organizing and communication skills

        Good command of written and communication skill in both English and Mandarin


Senior Project Executive, Payment Services (IT) (Fresh Graduate welcome)

Requirements

  •         Degree holder of Computer Science, Information System, Business Management or related discipline
  •         At least 5 years relevant working experience with 1-2 years in related industries
  •         Solid experience in complex working environments with detailed WBS to assign and follow-up with which domain champions
  •         Strong sense and understanding on new media technology market, familiar with internet O2O market, responsive web, mobile usage and social trends
  •         Sensitive to figures, result-oriented, self-motivated and capable of solving problem
  •         Good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
  •         Good command of written and communication skill in both English and Mandarin
  •         Fresh Graduate / Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive


IT Business Analyst

Requirements:

  • Degree in Global Business, Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline 

  • Knowledge of Treasury Products / Global Markets / Financial Markets / IT Systems is a plus

  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willing to learn, ability to work with teams

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst
