Job duties

  • Provide enterprise LAN/WAN and support across offices, stations and depots
  • Support multi-vendor routing & switching platforms (Cisco IOS, Huawei, H3C)
  • Manage enterprise Wi-Fi environment (Aruba, Huawei)
  • Perform OS upgrades and security patching (F5 BIG-IP, FortiOS, Cisco IOS)
  • Execute structured change management including risk assessment, documentation and change approval
  • Provide 24x7 first-line network incident support and escalation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for fiber and copper cabling provisioning

Requirements

  • ·         3 - 5 years or above working experience in enterprise networking

    ·         A recognized higher diploma/degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.

    ·         Holder of CCNP /HCIP or above

    ·         Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

    ·         Willing and able to work under pressure and long hours

    ·         Skills: Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, F5
