Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Handle and review legal documents, contracts, agreements and corporate documents and support regulatory compliance matters
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, electrical engineering, project management)
• 2 years relevant working experience in banking industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• PMP, CSM or similar certification is a plus.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
