Job Responsibilities
- Promote Banking's products and assist with ETC unit installations for "Southbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles" owners
- Handle customer hotline inquiries and perform data entry
- Handle administrative tasks, system data processing, and any other ad-hoc duties as assigend
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- With working experience in customer service is an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- 6 days per week (off on Sat/Sun)
