Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) (1) To prepare event briefs and presentation slides, and provide logistics support and liaison for senior Government officials' engagement to seminar, conference and promotion events; (2) To conduct desktop research and provide advisory support on Hong Kong Smart City Initiatives including smart city rankings, potential applications and updates on smart city development; (3) To provide support in preparing smart city related documents, such as line-to-take and Q&As for senior officials to attend publicity events and LegCo meetings; (4) To liaise with various parties for the arrangement of smart city related events; (5) To provide advisory support on smart city related studies from Bureaux & Departments; and (6) To provide administrative support in other ICT matters and perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Candidates are required to possess the necessary IT knowledge (such as Internet, Big data, IT trend) and should have a general understanding of the Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong and Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Development Blueprint. Candidates shall possess strong hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for preparation of presentation slides. Candidates should be a good team player and possess working experience in liaison and coordination, promotion, good command of English and Chinese, strong technical background and analytical capability, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and positive working attitude. Experience in working with other bureaux/departments of the Government is preferred.
