(T26) Helpdesk, system support and administration
Responsibilities:
(T26) - OS version upgrade for PC/laptop - On-site user support - PC patching - Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors and the management of ITMD of LD - May work in various locations, including Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other area in Hong Kong - May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Windows 7/8/10 - Must have experience in PC LAN Support - Must have experience in Office Automation - Must have Helpdesk and Client Service experience - Must have work experience in Government - Experience in Chinese Processing is desirable - Work experience in the Labour Department is highly desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Inventory/stock taking, office administration, work in different offices and overtime work are required
