Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) The CSA is required to - oversee the implementation of the thematic website projects of the Government, include assigning priorities of tasks for the technical team; - maintain, update and revamp the content for Government websites under ISD's management including ISD homepage; - build new Government websites under the purview of ISD and provide subsequent content updating and maintenance; - design and write small web application for GovHK and other government websites; - support webcasting of press conferences or media events; - day-to-day update & manage Government, Law and Order cluster of GovHK; - monitor and control the quality of work to fulfill Government standards, guidelines and methodologies such as web accessibility requirement; - provide technical support for using social media in publicity campaigns (Not exhaustive and staff can be assigned to perform other duties wherever necessary).

Requirements:
Requirement Details The CSA should - be skillful and experienced in web site design and implementation; - have hands-on experience in developing websites with responsive design and meeting web accessibility requirement; - be familiar with various Government Standing Offer Agreements, and have knowledge regarding Security Policies and IT standards and guidelines of the Government; - be capable to work well under pressure and provide prompt response to resolve technical issues; - have excellent inter-personal skills to communicate effectively with users and contractors; - have experience in supervisory role; and - provide on-site support and work outside normal office hour if needed.

Technical skills:
Experience in Managing Government IT Standards (12), HTML5 (36), JavaScript Programming (36), Management and Support of Gov Systems & Services (12), Moderate Exposure in Written English (12), Multimedia (12), PHP programming (12), Web 2.0 Services (12), Web Programming (36), Windows 7/8/10 (12), Work experience with/in the Government (12)
