Project Manager

Responsibilities:
(T26) Provide government-wide information security support and services: 1. Lead an audit team to assess security compliance of B/Ds with government's security requirements (including conducting interview, reviewing security processes and controls, etc.); 2. Monitor the audit schedule to ensure the activities are completed on schedule; 3. Perform quality assurance on project deliverables (including audit findings, audit reports, etc.); 4. Ensure that B/Ds are audited under consistent security standards; 5. Analyse results of security audits of all B/Ds; 6. Summarise the experience and propose improvement to the compliance audit exercise; and 7. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
The candidate should have: 1. Solid experience in project management; 2. Solid experience in supervising a team of two members or more; 3. Solid experience in performing security audit as an auditor independently in public or private sector (preferable in government departments or financial institutions); 4. Knowledge on international security standards and industry security best practices; 5. Good command of both written and spoken English; and 6. Valid certification of CISP, CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
