Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) - Providing technical advice and support for the management/implementation of IT projects and daily IT operations and maintenance and support services; - Liaising and coordinating among users and contractors and assisting in resolving project issues from project initiation to project closure; - Reviewing and commenting on project deliverables to assure their quality and compliance with government standards; - Assisting in monitoring contractor performance and project progress; and - Assisting in supervising IT support staff in the provision of system operations, maintenance and support services.
Requirements:
Must have: - a minimum of 2 years' experience in working with/in the HKSAR Government in relation to IT projects; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in Confidential Mail System; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in System Backup with Bightstor ArcServe; and - a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
