Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) To assist DPO in project management and liaison with the outsourcing contractors and project teams of B/Ds. Duties include: a) Assist in the preparation of the work assignment briefs for acquiring the independent testing services. b) Liaise with the project teams of B/Ds and the outsourcing contractors for the requirements and schedule for the independent testing services. c) Monitor the work of the independent testing contractors, and assist in the quality control and assurance of the deliverables. d) Review the effectiveness of the independent testing services. e) Provide daily support to Independent Consultancy Services Contract Administrator Office (ICS CAO) f) Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
a) The candidate must possess experience in development and testing of web-based applications, preferably under cloud and mobile client environment. b) Work experience with/in the Government is preferred. c) The candidate must have strong data analysis and processing skills. d) The candidate must have good communication and coordination skills. e) Priority will be given to candidates with knowledge in independent testing and load and stress tests.
