Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) 1. To provide technical support during nursing and maintenance period to Central ERKS for 79 Bureaux and Departments (B/Ds) 2. To maintain and support the Key Management System Gateway and the Key Management Portal for the ERKS 3. To act as application architect for designing/ reviewing all IT related technical areas including system architecture, IT security, infrastructure etc. for the ERKS 4. To coordinate with users, contractors, project stakeholders and other related parties for the maintenance tasks for ERKS 5. To liaise with IT support teams of B/Ds for the technical support and maintenance of ERKS 6. To develop test cases and conduct UAT for the ERKS 7. To conduct secure code review of custom programs 8. To review project deliverables and follow up on production issues 9. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
1. Experience in implementing web applications based on cloud computing technology, and web services. 2. Experience in Kubernetes application deployment 3. Experience in secure code review 4. Experience in security design of web applications 5. Experience in Hardware Security Module (HSM) 6. Experience in data encryption and cryptographic key management 7. Experience in implementation of ERKS with Convene Records 8. Familiar with government electronic recordkeeping system functional requirements and recordkeeping metadata standard 9. Priority will be given to candidate who possesses strong analytical, problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills and is mature, willing to learn and proactive
