Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To assist, coordinate and conduct site survey and measurement with stakeholders (e.g. site owners, contractors) and provide implementation comments with feasible solutions for terrestrial wide data and radio communications infrastructure; - To analysis reports submitted by contractors after site survey and measurement followed by internal reporting to the supervisors for further evaluation, clarification and adjustment then for the approval processes; - To prepare and provide sketches according to the site survey and measurement for the implementation need of the terrestrial wide data and radio communications infrastructure for internal/external presentation and reference purposes; - To provide on site supervision to contractors during the terrestrial wide data and radio communications infrastructure implementation phase with on-time reporting to the supervisors; and - To be discharged for other relating duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Experience in coordinating and conducting site survey and measurement for mobile communications network (e.g. narrowband, 4G, 5G), broadband data network (e.g. microwave, optical fibre) and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure; - Experience in implementing mobile communications network (e.g. narrowband, 4G, 5G), broadband data network (e.g. microwave, optical fibre) and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure; - Knowledge of network components of mobile communications network (e.g. narrowband, 4G, 5G), broadband data network (e.g. microwave, optical fibre) and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure; - Knowledge of mobile radio coverage network design (e.g. narrowband, 4G, 5G), implementation design (e.g. narrowband, 4G, 5G), operation of mobile communications network (e.g. narrowband, 4G, 5G), broadband data network (e.g. microwave, optical fibre) and other Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) infrastructure; - Knowledge of electrical, electronic, structural, mechanic and building service to meet the site survey and measurement requirements; - Knowledge of mobile radio coverage prediction and monitoring tools to meet the requirements of mobile network design and network fine tuning for optimization; and - Knowledge in using drawing tools. Security vetting is required.
