Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) 1. To support the design, development, implementation (including testing for live-run, PIA and SRAA), system administration and maintenance of FPMSEC hosted in the government cloud computing environment (e.g.Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS)) with mobile applications, portable printers, and security connections with other Government systems; 2. To coordinate with the Contractor and interfacing with other government departments (e.g. HKPF, DoJ, Judiciary - iCMS, Treasury - GFMIS, CEFS, DPO and HK Post ) and external parties including payment accounts/agents of ATM, Jetco, FPS and PPS; 3. To manage procurement of IT hardware, software and services; 4. To provide IT support to TD such as analysis of data from shared bicycle operators, using of ArcGIS for visual representation, etc.; and 5. To perform any other IT-related duties as directed by Engineer and Senior Engineer from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Degree holder or equivalent in computer science or information technology; 2. Hands on experience in developing or supporting in Fixed Penalty Management System, or prosecution mobile applications in the Government has advantage; 3. Hands on experience in Government Cloud (e.g. Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS)); 4. Hands on experience in Procurement in Government; 5. IT application development experience is desirable; 6. Good communication and English writing skill; 7. Experience in e-payment account setting or ArcGIS is preferrable; and 8. Able to work independent and manage contractor in IT projects.
