Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) 1. To evaluate the existing system to identify the business process and recommend improvement 2. To liaise with user to gather the user requirement 3. To design and implement CAD System 4. To monitor the performance of contractors and perform quality assurance on deliverables 5. To supervise and lead the work of sub-ordinates in the same team 6. To perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
Solid knowledge and experience in the software development life cycle Solid experience in handling mission critical system (at least 6 months) Solid experience in handling CAD system (at least 6 months) Solid experience in project management, vendor management and government projects Security vetting by HKPF is required

Technical skills:
Intensive Exposure in Written English (24), IT Application Development and Management (24), Multi-vendor Mission Critical System (6), Vendor Management (6), Work experience with/in the Government (6)
