Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) A CSA is required to take up the following tasks during the contract period: (i) lead the design and implementation of a dedicated testing tool for performing functionality and reliability tests on the new DAWS; (ii) prepare the technical documentation required for cabling at GDCC and supervise the Contractors to fulfill the specific cabling requirements for the operational node set up at GDCC; (iii) prepare the technical specifications and coordinate with the Contractors for implementing the expanded voice recognition feature to the new DAWS; (iv) advise on the performance tuning of the voice recognition feature integration for the replacement DAWS; (v) arrange users acceptance testing and assist in SRAA and PIA; (vi) support on nursing of the replacement DAWS including the voice recognition feature; and (vii) provide documentations and handover with training to HKO departmental staff.

Requirements:
1) Experience in development, training and performance evaluation of service applications using AI and voice recognition feature; 2) Experience in backend programs and application programming interface development 3) Proficient in web programming using HTML, PHP, Node.js, MongoDB, JSON and XML; 4) Proficient in web application development; 5) Experience in using version control tools such as GitLab or GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline development; and 6) Experience in coordinating with vendors; 7) Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. A criminal record check will be required, and the offer is subject to the criminal record check results.
