Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) The CSA will be required to (i) develop and perform web content updates for websites; (ii) collect user requirements for system enhancement; (iii) provide support on web content management system for websites; (iv) provide support to achieve conformance of websites with web accessibility; (v) provide support to chatbot development and maintenance of chatbot; (vi) coordinate with outsourced contractors and DPO to support websites, chatbot and enterprise mobile management infrastructure; (vii) collaborate with vendors, users and project teams to conduct program testing and user acceptance tests; (viii) provide support on mobile application development; (ix) prepare and review of system documentations; and (x) perform other duties as designated by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Possess hands-on experience in HTML, HTML5, JavaScript Programming and Web Programming; 2. Possess experience in web content management system; 3. Experience in supporting enterprise mobile management infrastructure is preferred; 4. Experience in supporting chatbot is preferred; 5. Experience in mobile application development and testing is preferred; 6. Have good communication, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills; 7. Able to work under minimal supervision and independently in discharging duties; and 8. Preferably with recognized degree in information technology or related curriculum.
