Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) The CSA will be required to (i) take part in all phases of projects including elicitation of user requirements, system design, implementation, system nursing and maintenance; (ii) coordinate with users, other project teams and DPO to ensure the smooth delivery of project deliverables; (iii) prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance; (iv) produce project documentation; (v) coordinate with outsourced contractors for the EMMI project and support of websites and chatbot of HA; (vi) provide support on web content management system for websites; (vii) provide support to websites for achieving conformance of web accessibility; and (viii) perform other duties as designated by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Possess hands-on experience in HTML5 and JavaScript Programming; 2. Possess experience in design and support of mobile infrastructure; 3. Possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills; 4. Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual; and 5. Able to work under minimal supervision and independently in discharging duties.

Technical skills:
