(a) Revamp of Cemeteries and Crematoria Computer System (RCCCS) To revamp the existing aged CCCS with latest technology for improving the system performance, providing better user interface and experience, and supporting more auto-approval features in operation to reduce FEHD staff manual efforts in processing related applications and improve overall operational efficiency.
(b) Enhancement on Platform for Cemeteries and Crematoria Services (CCSP) To enhance the e-payment feature interfacing with Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) e-Payment Service and Event Booking feature in CCSP, thereby providing citizens with efficient access to FEHD Cemeteries and Crematoria (C&C) services with a 24/7 self-service portal featuring online payment, integrated QR code authentication for arrival, and automated backend processes to minimize administrative workload for FEHD personnel.
(c) Extension of Departmental Knowledge Base (KB) To support and enhance the codes for the extensi

Responsibilities:

(a) Assist in project planning and monitoring, including the management of outsourced vendors
(b) Perform system analysis and design
(c) Write code to implement the projects and test the systems
(d) Produce documentation and conduct user training; and
(e) Provide on-going maintenance support of the systems.
