Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) (a) To take part in all phases of smart positioning device projects, GeodeX and associated IT systems, including to develop programs and enhance/maintain existing programs, to conduct program testing, system testing and user acceptance, and prepare job control procedures for trial runs and production runs; (b) To manage the smart positioning device and GeodeX projects, and coordinate with Contractors, users and stakeholders; (c) To perform the data management, quality assurance and dissemination to different platforms; (d) To conduct IT procurement market research, prepare contract documents and implement the contracts; (e) To prepare and maintain IT documentation for various projects, including smart positioning device projects; and (f) To perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
The candidates should : (a) have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent; (b) have good knowledge in development software in Window environment and at least six (6) years of experience in JavaScript Programming / C# / VB; developing web-based applications using ASP, HTML, XML; (c) have knowledge in the following technology: developing Android (Java) /IOS(Swift) mobile application; Bluetooth, NFC, RFID and other wireless communication technology; (d) have knowledge and experience in infrastructure and networking; and proficient in vendor management.
