Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) - Provide immediate assistance to business users and on-going technical support for NDMS; - Lead the development of change requests for NDMS and participating in all stages of implementation, including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, programming, testing and deployment on the HA-Cloud platform; - Collaborate with business users to review analysis results and propose effective solutions; and - Conduct system upgrades to ensure system long-term sustainability and strength system security.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT projects related to development on J2EE platform; - Preferably familiar with open-source frameworks such as Spring framework, Apache myBatis, Hibernate, etc.; - Preferably knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming using Oracle; - Experience with Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP) is an advantage; - Familiarity with one or more programming languages, including but not limited to Java, HTML, JSP, Javascript, JSTL, Unix shell scripts, is preferable; - Be familiar with software development tools and practices, including version control system (e.g.Git), containers technologies, build tools (Maven), and deployment pipelines (Jenkins), is preferable; - Experience with reporting tools such as JasperSoft Studio and iReport is preferable; and - Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-minded, and effective communication skills.
