(T26) Prosecution Management Information System (PMIS) PMIS is a web-based application which serves as a tool for improving operation effectiveness and efficiency of handling prosecution cases. Adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in new Water Seepage Complaint Management System (WSCMS) The project could establish an AI-driven dynamic dashboard to analyze case data according to predetermined time limits on prescribed data parameters for each stage, and to establish a real-time performance platform. Mobile Printing of Fixed Penalty Notice System (MPFPNS) MPFPNS is a mobile app to support Fixed Penalty Notices can be electronically input and print out by a mobile printer to the offender at the offence location.

Responsibilities:

(a) To develop program
(b) To conduct program unit test, system test and load test
(c) To produce documentation
(d) To assist user to conduct user acceptance test
(e) To handle support calls and user enquiry
(f) To provide maintenance and on-going support; and
(g) To perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Working hours: Normal office hours Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR Language required: Cantonese and English On call duty: Not required Technical Skill (Optional): Experience developing AI agent applications is a major advantage.
