Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) This role will focus on development of the data pipeline, lake data models (data structure), advanced data modelling tools, and AI-driven data workflow for the DH data collaboration platform. - Plan and design the data pipeline methodology and conduct application development with expertise in data warehousing and pipelining technologies to ensure that the data pipelines follow the user requirements and standardisation policies. - Responsible for processing, cleaning, and integrating large data sets from various data sources to ensure that the data is accurate, complete, and consistent. - Ensure the data lake and warehouse are designed to support internal analytics requirements, ensuring the organisation's data is properly structured and organised for analysis. - Analyse and implement the data scope and sharing requirements among Health Family and other B/Ds, in line with data governance committee's guiding principles and agreed methodologies. - Design and implement AI-driven data modelling workflow and tools to support predictive analytics, and advanced data processing needs, including development and maintenance of AI agent frameworks and workspaces. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, statisticians, analysts, technology teams to ensure platform design and alignment with the objectives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or above in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field is required. - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in data development and platform management, including data pipeline (ETL/ELT tools, cloud data computing, data lakes and warehouses), advanced data modelling techniques and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, C#, .NET, ReactJS, VBA, Webservice and Microservices). - Knowledge of Infrastructure architecture (on-premise and cloud), Virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere/ESXi or equivalent) and Containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) would be an advantage. - Possess the IT security certification (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISP, etc) is preferable. - Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing is a plus; - At least 5 years of experience in Government or Government-related environments in a comparable capacity. - Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and insights from large and complex data sets. - At least 3 years of vendor management experiences, directly engaging vendors in technical design and implementation details. - Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and MLOps practices would be an advantage. - Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
