Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Provide application maintenance support and services for online e-licensing system
2. Monitor the application development of new online application system
3. Supervise and monitor the performance of project team members and contractors
4. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. At least 6 years of solid hands-on experience in Oracle SQL tuning and reporting.
2. At least 6 years of solid hands-on experience and major role in the project in Java web application development and support.
3. At least 5 years of solid hands-on experience in system development and support on IBM AIX Operating System, IBM WebSphere Application Server and Struts (Apache).
4. At least 6 years of solid hands-on working experience and strong technical knowledge in each of the following products: Java Application Framework: Oracle SQL, IBM WebSphere, Spring, Java and J2EE system development.
5. Familiar with the prevailing Government IT standards and Guidelines, Security Guidelines.
