Senior IT Assistant

Responsibilities:
(T26) 1. Provide system and network support for OA system; 2. Provide system and network support of application system for the Headquarter and remote sites; 3. Provide helpdesk support for application and OA systems; 4. Provide maintenance support for server room operations; 5. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Strong sense of responsibilities, good presentation skills, willing to share knowledge and skills with teammates 2. Hands on experience in application support/ help desk. 3. Hands on experience in PC LAN support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support 4. Solid experience on using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint 5. Able to work independently and as a team player.
