Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Oversee system analysis and design, development and enhancement for the existing systems
2. Provide technical support for the existing electronic licensing systems in data sharing among each other and with centralized database registry
3. Perform system administration for the major IT systems
4. Supervise and monitor the performance of project team members and contractors
5. Provide application maintenance support and enhancement for e-licensing system
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Hands-on application development and support experience on web application systems running on mid-range system
2. Experience in project management on system analysis & design, application development and implementation of web application systems running on mid-range platform
3. Hands-on experience Oracle SQL tuning and reporting experience
4. Hands-on experience in online electronic payment.
