(T26) Centrally Managed Messaging Platform and PC/LAN support

Responsibilities:
(T26) Duties of the staff include:
1. to liaise with computer end users for scheduling of installation
2. to provide on-site client deployment and mailbox migration to CMMP
3. to resolve any problems of configuration and installation during the migration to CMMP
4. to provide PC/LAN/Mobile device support service to computer end users
5. to install and test hardware and software, and any other system tools
6. to keep record of PC configurations, CMMP migration status & other support issues; and
7. to carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
The staff will be responsible to provide client rollout and mailbox migration services from Notes mail system to CMMP. He / she is also required to provide PC/LAN support for Windows PC and Lotus Notes mail system.
