Responsibilities:
(T26) 1. Oversee the system development and maintenance, security risk assessment and audit services, and privacy impact assessment; 2. Serve as IT advisor and collaborator to work closely with end users and contractors, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders during the procurement, system design and development stages; 3. Ensure the quality of all deliverables from the contractors are up to the required standard; 4. Contribute proper IT advices to the project and prepare relevant progress reports and plans; 5. Prepare procurement document and perform technical evaluation; 6. Manage system refreshment and new IT projects; and 7. Any other task assigned by DH.

Requirements:
1. At least 12 years' post-qualification IT experience of which 6 years must be in similar post and comparable capacity; 2. At least 6 years' proven experience in managing outsourced IT projects and security risk assessment and audit service with users from various Government departments; 3. At least 6 years' proven experience in managing prosecution and enforcement related information system in the Government; 4. At least 6 years' proven experience in managing data exchange interface between different Government information systems; 5. Valid certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP); and 6. Valid certificate in Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
