Project Manager

Responsibilities:
(T26) To lead a in-house IT team provide on-going support of departmental network and to ensure smooth operation; To implement proactive network system monitor and trigger alerts in automated and efficient way to support staff; To monitor server room core network equipment and ensure smooth business operation ; To conduct capacity planning to meet business growth need; To support software defined wide area network (SDWAN) deployment and on-going support; To housekeep access control list (ACL) and periodic review with internal project teams; To issue invitation by consolidating departmental metro-ethernet (ME) lines by batches; To work with other support teams in network planning for new offices or office relocations; To implement and support intrusion detection and prevention appliance; To support remote access through virtual private network (VPN); Any other tasks assigned by DH.

Requirements:
Familiar with government IT standards and methodologies and experience in working with or in the HKSAR government departments/bureaux; Good interpersonal skills and communication skills; Strong problem solving and analytical skill; Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure; and Experience in deployment and support of SDWAN over 200 remote sites
