Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) (a) Administer and maintain IT security related information systems, such as Security Information and Event Management System, Endpoint Antivirus, Windows Server Update Services, Key Management System, etc; (b) Ensure systems and servers comply with up-to-date security standards; (c) Perform evaluation of off-the-shelf software in IT security aspects; (d) Perform security risk assessment, security audit, and penetration testing; (e) Perform on-site investigation, containment, eradication and recovery for information security incident response support; (f) Troubleshoot server performance and problems to ensure high availability; (g) Prepare documents, guidelines and procedures related to IT security; (h) Assist in the procurement processes of IT products and services; (i) Perform project coordination, supervising external service providers; (j) Develop course materials and conduct user training; (k) Undertake any other duties as required by supervisors.
Requirements:
(a) Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or related IT disciplines, or equivalent (b) At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification working experience in IT; (c) At least 2 years working experience in information security. (d) Strong commitment to project deadline and deliver high quality of work. (e) Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsive and well-organized. (f) Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills; and (g) Knowledge and solid experience in managing government tendering process would be a plus.
