(T26) System Maintenance and Application Support

Responsibilities:
(T26) Normal working hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue to Fri 9:00 - 17:45
1. Supervise, coordinate, and provide daily system support and maintenance services for internal systems and clinical systems
2. Collect requirement, design, analyse, and oversee the program development of systems enhancements/new IT projects
3. Provide IT advice on governing the system's conformance to departmental and government IT policies/standards
4. Prepare funding application documents for newly raised IT projects
5. Prepare technical specifications, plan and supervise the procurement, deployment, upgrading and migration of IT equipment
6. Monitor budget spending and report to project stakeholders
7. Assist in project management, team management and vendor management
8. Provide system support and on-call standby outside normal working hours when required and subject to business needs; and
9. Any other tasks assigned by his / her supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively
2. Good knowledge of systems related to payroll, MPF and leave management
3. Strong analytical, problem solving, coordination and negotiation skills
4. Familiar with reporting tools such as Crystal Report and JasperReport; and
5. Proficient in English and Chinese.
