(T26) System Administration, Maintenance and User Support

Responsibilities:
(T26) Normal working hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue to Fri 9:00 - 17:45
1. Perform maintenance support works of several production systems, which covers, - sites located at Lam Tin and Kwai Chung, and hosting on Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); - approx. 100 production servers; - approx. 2,000 end users; and - approx. 150 remote client sites.
2. Prepare technical specifications, plan and supervise the procurement, deployment, upgrading and migration of IT equipment
3. Manage and support the routine operation of server room facilities
4. Perform support and administration work of JBoss, Apache, Linux, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL server and data network
5. Coordinate user support, provide IT advice on technical matters
6. Assist in project management and vendor management
7. Perform on-site support works in locations including clinic and Public Mortuary
8. Provide system support and on-call standby outside normal working hours when required and subject to business needs; and
9. Any other tasks assigned by his / her supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively
2. Experience in RedHat Linux Server administration
3. Experience in Fortigate Firewall administration
4. Experience in Windows Server administration
5. Strong problem solving, analytical, coordination and communication skills.
