(T26) Application Development and Maintenance

Responsibilities:
(T26) Assist in planning and supervising contractors to develop and maintain IT systems and websites

Requirements:
(a) Assist in planning the development, enhancement, and maintenance of IT systems and websites
(b) Supervise contractors to implement change requests, support and maintain IT systems, websites, and mobile apps, e.g. CODR and websites for public access
(c) Provide web-related technical advice particularly on web accessibility
(d) Provide support in environment setup on Government Cloud Platform, and provide support on security and performance management for the system
(e) Provide technical advice and support
(f) Provide on-call support duty, system support, and websites update at non-office hours when necessary
(g) Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
(h) Experience in GCIS administration and management is desirable
(i) Experience in WCH, WCUS administration and management is desirable
