(T26) To provide IT support to Infection Control Branch (ICB)

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) To provide IT support to develop "Statistics on Antimicrobial&;#160;Resistance Control" in CHP website in a stepwise approach according to the user's request, as well as to convert and upload AMR / AMU data to the webpages.
(b) To rectify AMR / AMU publications and publicity materials into the format complying WCAG standards and upload them to AMR miniweb according to user's request.
(c) To assist in technical checking of the publicity materials to ensure the deliveries could fulfil technical requirements of the service specification and to provide IT Support for AMRD projects.&;#160
(d) To download monthly hit-rates of the links under AMRD.
(e) To provide IT Support for Internet Meetings (Including Zoom, Teams, Voov, etc.) and Webinars, such as create, setup equipment, monitoring, record file (video, chat, attendance).
(f) To troubleshoot a variety of problems related to computer operation, common drive or peripheral equipment in the CHP/CHCU offices.
(g) To assist in the programming task of ICID portal website content update for RCHE/D training, symposiums as well as the thematic pages.
(h) To provide IT support, maintenance, content maintenance & troubleshooting in electronic devices and liaise with the vendors for maintenance of the devices and systems in ICB.
(i) To perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
The candidate must have: - Working experience in web application development and web content management; - Experience in Video Conference setup in Zoom; and - Good problem diagnosis and problem solving skill.
