(T26) Application Support and System Maintenance
Responsibilities:
(T26) Normal working hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue to Fri 9:00 - 17:45
1. Provide application support, answer and resolve user enquiries, handle ad-hoc requests and provide on-site support on technical issues
2. Assist in system design and analysis, perform development, testing and deployment of systems enhancements/new IT projects
3. Maintain and update the system documentation
4. Perform application performance tuning
5. Provide support to facilitate the maintenance service renewal and other procurement exercises
6. Provide application support and on-call standby outside normal working hours when required and subject to business needs; and
7. Any other tasks assigned by his / her supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively
2. Hands-on experience in building systems related to payroll, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and leave management is an advantage; and
3. Experience in developing new application using open source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate and JasperReports, is an advantage.
