(T26) Provide daily support and maintain smooth operation of DH related systems
Responsibilities:
(T26) Shift duty required (including Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and when clinics operating in typhoon no. 8 and no. 9); shift pattern: 06:30 - 15:18; 09:00 - 17:48; 14:12 - 23:00
1. Assist in workstations setup, rollout and configuration for users
2. Assist in testing and verification of functions
3. Provide help desk and on-site support services
4. Provide system operator work and system monitoring
5. Assist in daily administration tasks as requested; and
6. Any other tasks assigned by his / her supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Willing to work in many different business areas of DH work which covers a wide range of activities; and
2. Willing to work in places where public health officers would work.
