Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:
(T26) A. Design, develop, and test small-to-medium scaled LLM, ML, RAG and CV related systems (non-analytics scripting part) to meet business requirements; B. Maintain and patch front-end and back-end of the simple-to-medium-scaled LLM, ML, RAG and CV systems as a full-stack developer, with emphasis on the non-analytics scripting part of the system ONLY; C. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications; D. Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy; E. Develop and maintain documentation for the system and integration processes; F. Support ongoing development and testing of AI models to ensure seamless integration into the developed systems; G. Evaluate and optimize user experience for effective presentation and operation of the system functions including, but not limited to, dashboards, forms, workflows, and tabulated data; H. Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data storage and retrieval systems that support AI model training and testing processes; I. Assist and on-job training of procuring process for equipment and services required; J. Communicate and present the system developed for effective team communication; K. Embrace the chance to stay up-to-date and on-job training of emerging technologies and trends in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence; L. Assist as a business analyst of projects; M. Collaborate and manage vendors and/or contractors for out-source development of innovative applications; and N. Ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard.
Requirements:
i. Degree or higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines; ii. 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 1 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity; iii. Adequate knowledge and experience in application systems using container deployment, such as Docker; iv. Adequate knowledge and experience in application development using MEAN Stack and data integration systems, including, but not limited to, message queue and data cleansing services; v. Adequate understanding and, preferably, experience in data mining, business intelligence and machine learning applications and development; vi. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work; vii. Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized; viii. Good knowledge and experience in system design and database design; ix. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies; x. Familiarity with LLM and RAG technologies; xi. At least 1-year hands-on experience on any type of SQL database (eg. MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.); xii. At least 1-year hands-on experience on NoSQL database or Vector Database; xiii. At least 3-year hands-on experience on Git commands and workflow; xiv. At least 1-year hands-on experience on CICD pipelines; xv. Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; xvi. Good interpersonal relationship and emotion management; xvii. Experience in web application deployment procedures, source code version control, issues management is a plus; and xviii. Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day (if necessary).
