Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Infrastructure Deployment: Implement new enterprise infrastructure and virtualization solutions&;#8212;spanning servers, storage, backup systems, and Hardware Security Module (HSM) equipment&;#8212;to enhance service delivery capabilities. - Virtualization Management: Design, configure, and manage enterprise-grade hypervisor environments&;#8212;such as H3C CAS (Cloud Automation System / KVM)&;#8212; and container platforms powering virtual machines running Linux and Windows operating systems. - Patch & Version Management: Develop and execute standardized processes for security patch management, firmware updates, and system version upgrades across the entire infrastructure. - Asset & Documentation Control: Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation of the organization's IT infrastructure inventory, network topologies, and hardware assets. - System Monitoring: Monitor the health, performance, and capacity utilization of key infrastructure components, including physical servers, SAN/NAS storage, backup routines, and HSM security devices. - Optimization & Performance Tuning: Analyze application usage patterns and optimize compute, memory, and storage utilization to drive continuous performance improvements. - Logistics & Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with IT procurement, hardware disposal, and inventory management teams to facilitate smooth logistics for equipment acquisitions and infrastructure services. - R&D and Best Practices: Research, test, and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance the organization&;#8217;s IT infrastructure capabilities. - Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with cross-functional teams&;#8212;including application developers, cybersecurity specialists, and service desk personnel&;#8212;to ensure reliable, secure service delivery and rapid incident resolution.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of proven experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-grade virtualization infrastructure, including hypervisors and container platforms, across multiple data centers. - Extensive knowledge and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-grade server - Knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in enterprise-grade storage and backup infrastructure is preferred. - Comprehensive understanding of government security requirements, interoperability frameworks, and other relevant IT and security standards. - Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering large-scale IT projects supporting over 100 end-users is preferred. - Solid expertise in performance tuning and optimization of popular middleware, application server, and container technologies
