Job nature:
(T26) Support the PC/LAN Infrastructure of the IRD.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Support and lead subordinates and vendors in planning, designing, implementing and maintaining the desktop management systems, Chinese computing, Intranet services, e-Fax services, Internet proxy, malware alert, PC workstations and notebook computers of the IRD.
2. Assist the implementation of Endpoint Detection and Response of the IRD.
3. Explore the adoption of national products.
4. Coordinate with users and other project teams for the above project.
5. Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
6. Need to take up on-call duty.
7. Occasionally need to work after office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Requirements:
1. Have solid experience in technical support of desktop management systems, Chinese computing, Intranet services, e-Fax services, Internet proxy, malware alert, PC workstations and notebook computers in the Government of HKSAR.
2. Have good knowledge on the IT security policy and guidelines adopted in the Government of HKSAR.
