(a) Provide daily operation and application support for the existing information systems of the Chinese Medicine Regulatory Office (CMRO) of Department of Health; and
(b) Assist in the system development projects of CMRO.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) Provide daily operational and application support for the information systems of CMRO
(b) Perform enhancements for the information systems of CMRO
(c) Prepare documentation such as system design doc., user docs. etc
(d) Perform data migration between different database products
(e) Prepare job control procedures for trial runs and production runs
(f) Assist in the system design, prepare required reports, specification and conduct user acceptance test
(g) Provide on-site training and hotline helpdesk support; and
(h) Any other tasks assigned by senior staff. Normal working hours : (Mon: 09:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri: 09:00 - 17:45)

Requirements:
(a) Solid experience in developing and supporting application systems
(b) Familiar with IT infrastructure components and Internet/Intranet application development
(c) In-depth knowledge and experience with Spring and Java in web application development
(d) In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft .NET framework and C# programming
(e) In-depth knowledge and experience with application systems using Microsoft SQL Server
(f) Sound experience in supporting application systems on Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS)
(g) Sound experience in developing and/or supporting applications systems with digital signing features
(h) Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; and
(i) Self-motivated, independent, diligence, polite, patient, pro-active, fast-learning, good team player.
