Job nature:
(T26) IT Infrastructure support for office automation, application systems and websites of Chinese Medicine Regulatory Office (CMRO) of Department of Health.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) Handle routine maintenance and support activities such as administration, configuration and troubleshooting of network, server and storage systems
(b) Support administration of CMS domain and works/tasks related to migration of users from CMS to DH domain
(c) Prepare and maintain documentation for network, server and storage systems
(d) Provide support services to end-users on use of IT systems and facilities
(e) Provide routine operational and application support for IT systems
(f) Perform ongoing system and network monitoring
(g) Manage system backup and restore to ensure data security
(h) Manage and maintain security of IT systems
(i) Deliver IT support on a shift basis to meet the business needs of CMRO's operations and events; and
(j) Any other duties assigned by supervisors. Normal working hours : (Mon: 09:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri: 09:00 - 17:45)

Requirements:
(a) Shall have solid experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2016 or above
(b) Shall have solid experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 or above
(c) Shall have solid experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory
(d) Shall have solid experience in managing hypervisor based virtual machine hosts
(e) Shall have solid experience in managing SAN and NAS equipment
(f) Shall have solid experience in network firewall administration and configuration
(g) Shall have solid experience in managing data centre and site preparation
(h) Shall have solid experience in handling user service call
(i) Shall be familiar with Government IT and Security standards and procedures
(j) Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus; and
(k) Able to work independently, easy-going, and willing to share knowledge and skills with teammates and work overtime.
