Responsibilities:
(T26) Duties of the staff include:
1. To support application maintenance activities including procurement, user requirement study, system installation, programming, data conversion, user acceptance and training
2. To liaise with related parties for related project activities including user, contractors and other support teams
3. To assist in system design of applications, preparing project specification and documentations
4. To provide IT support and advice related to application systems
5. To conduct system and user acceptance testing and recommend acceptance; and
6. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
The staff is required to have at least 10 years of past working experience in the bureaux or departments of Hong Kong Government. He / she is required to have solid experience in Geographic Information System, iAM Smart, web content management and web accessibility.
