Responsibilities:
(T26) To design and enhance IT application systems To participate in procurement of a variety of IT services for implementing IT systems To work with service contractors and other third parties to implement IT projects To provide IT support for voter registration and electoral activities To migrate IT systems
Requirements:
. Experience in development of IT systems riding on Java EE technology with 200+ user population . Experience in managing outsourcing contractors involving development of IT systems riding on Java EE technology . Preferably with experience in conducting load/stress test . Preferably with experience in performance tuning of developed applications . Preferably with experience in configuration and arrange patching of operating system software and application server software .
