(T26) Provision of IT System and Technical Support to End Users

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To collaborate within a team to design, develop and deliver functions during development iterations for provision of IT system; - To translate requirements into technical designs and implement variuos functions for the system; - To conduct user acceptance test with end-users; - To provide documentation and deal with other related system issues; - To actively participate in progress reviews and perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor; - The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45); and - Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required.

Requirements:
i) Holder of Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or related discipline is preferred
ii) Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
iii) Proficiency in coding languages and common frameworks, e.g. Java Spring Boot, React, etc.
iv) Strong knowledge of SQL databases; familiarity with Object Storage or other database types is an advantage.
v) Experience or understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to handle changing requirements in short development iterations
vi) Experience with government standards and processes would be advantage; and
vii) Self-motivated, work independently and able to work under pressure.
