Job nature:
(T26) Provision of application system enhancement, maintenance, and operational support.

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To provide on-going support & maintenance services including execution of daily routines, incident follow-up, change request management, disaster recovery drill and system performance tuning; - To involve in managing Window & Linux Servers, IT equipment in different environments such as Routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, Remote Access server, Windows Terminal Server & RSA SecurID, etc.; - To ensure proper management and maintenance of existing system infrastructure; - To ensure the IT documentations, procedures being practiced compliance with government standard and guidelines; - The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45); and - Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required.

Requirements:
i) Degree holder of above in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or related discipline
ii) Minimum 3 years post-qualification information technology experience in which at least 1 year in a similar post and in a comparable capacity
iii) Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
iv) Good knowledge in Windows server, Active Directory, DNS & Cisco/Huawei network equipment
v) Strong problem solving and analytical skill; and
vi) Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
